Email hello@uptrail.ai and a human will reply, usually within one business day. If Folio is someone's daily voice and something is broken, say URGENT in the subject and we'll treat it that way.

Common questions

The voice sounds robotic. Download a natural voice once in iOS Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → Voices (pick one marked Premium or Enhanced), then choose it in Folio → Settings → Voice. The in-app guide walks you through it.
Can Folio speak in my own voice? Yes. Set up Personal Voice in iOS Settings → Accessibility → Personal Voice, then allow access in Folio → Settings → Voice.
Where do AI suggestions come from? On newer iPhones and iPads they're generated on your device. Otherwise Folio ranks your own phrases. Cloud suggestions only happen if you explicitly enable them in Settings.
How do I back up? Folio snapshots your phrases automatically on your device every time you close the app, and Settings → Backup exports a file you can AirDrop or save to Files. Import it on any device.
I forgot my Settings PIN. The PIN can't be recovered. Reinstalling the app resets it — export a backup first if you can, or use your most recent export.
Subscriptions and refunds are handled by Apple: Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, or reportaproblem.apple.com for refunds. The lifetime purchase is one-time and shareable with Family Sharing.
